Accessing Inspections
- Log into Prism Mobile App
- Click "Inspections"
- You will see all the inspection tasks listed
Filtering Inspection Tasks
- Click the funnel on the top left
- Apply any filters you'd like and click "Apply Filters" at the bottom right
- Your results will be filtered based on your chosen parameters
Completing Inspection Questions
- Click into an inspection task
- Click "Start Questions" on the bottom or select a question to answer. You can choose to add a note, photo, or create a Work order for each question.
- Note on Video Uploads: You can now upload videos to visually document issues and solutions. This provides richer context and enables you to share detailed information with stakeholders more effectively.
