Inspections Mobile Overview

Conducting property inspections is a crucial aspect of effective property management. This guide will walk you through how to use the Inspections module on the Prism mobile app, empowering you to perform thorough and efficient inspections directly from your mobile device.

Accessing Inspections

1. Log into Prism Mobile App
2. Click "Inspections"

3. You will see all the inspection tasks listed

Filtering Inspection Tasks

1. Click the funnel on the top left
   1. 
2. Apply any filters you'd like and click "Apply Filters" at the bottom right

3. Your results will be filtered based on your chosen parameters

Completing Inspection Questions

1. Click into an inspection task
   1. 
2. Click "Start Questions" on the bottom or select a question to answer. You can choose to add a note, photo, or create a Work order for each question.
