Accounting

  • New: Invoice Logo
    • You now have the ability to display a logo on the invoice format.
  • New: Batch Templates
    • Admins now have the ability to create Batch Templates directly within Prism.

Admin

  • New: Dashboard Logo
    • Customers now have the ability to set their company logo to appear in the upper left-hand corner of Prism (replacing the Prism logo).  This can be done under Admin -> Settings -> Account Logo.
  • Change: Permission User Interface Adjustment
    • Within Manage Permissions, you now have the ability to expand and hide numerical counts of the permission assignments by role.  This will help determine differences in permission from one role to another.

Bid Management

  • New: Vendor Details
    • Property Managers now must enter a phone number when setting up a new Vendor.
  • New: Verified Emails
    • Vendor emails are now flagged as verified when they engage with Bid Management invite emails.

Communications

  • New: Updated Message Interface
    • When users are interacting with the Message interface, they will notice a much more sleek design with additional modes of communication and design. 
  • New: Creating Messages as Rich Text
    • When creating a message, you now have the ability to create messages as rich text - which allows you to format the message with pictures and files, as well as bold, italic, and underlined text
  • New: Preview Messages
    • When creating a message and before sending it, you have the ability to now view what the message will look like when the email is received, as well as if the message gets posted to the dashboard how it will be displayed.
  • New: View Sent Message
    • Upon sending a message, you now have the ability to view the contents of what was sent.
  • Change: Viewing Messages
    • When in the Messages dashboard, you will see not only the messages that you sent, but messages that were created and sent by other individuals within your organization.

Files

  • New: File Designation
    • You now have the ability to add files throughout Prism and designate them with a specific category (Photo, Video, Invoice, Purchase Order, Other, etc.).
  • New: File Placement
    • You now have the ability to attach files to Tasks, Equipment and Companies.
  • New: Contracts and Certificates of Insurance
    • You can now create a basic Contract or Certificate of Insurance record associated to a Vendor or Tenant company, attaching date records and notes.

Mobile

iOS

  • New: Stopwatch Timer
    • When utilizing the mobile application and interacting with a Work Order, the user now has the ability to track time against a Work Order using a stopwatch timer.
  • New: One Click Done
    • On PM Tasks, you can scroll to the bottom of the steps to select Complete All Steps to quickly mark all steps as done.
  • New: All Tasks
    • Accessible in the top navigation bar from any Task screen, you now have the ability to see All Tasks.  Select All to see an aggregate view of all Tasks (Work Order, PM and Inspections) and filter/sort them.
  • Fix: Group By Properties
    • We made an adjustment to the filter option, Group By Properties, to work correctly when this item is deselected.
  • Fix: Terminology Adjustment
    • We addressed an issue when users on the create Work Order screen were not seeing Select Issue Type in the Issue Type field.
  • Fix: Performance Improvements
    • We addressed issues where large datasets were not loading properly.
  • Fix: Work Orders
    • We resolved issues where tabs were disappearing on the Work Order detail screen.
  • Fix: Work Order Assignee 
    • The default assignee of an Issue Type now automatically sets during the create Work Order process.
  • Fix: Equipment History
    • The history tab on the Equipment detail screen should now load the records appropriately.
  • Fix: Counters/Indicators
    • The counters/indicators on the home screen should now accurately represent the Work that is filtered.
  • Fix: Completing Tasks
    • We resolved an issue where the Complete Task button on PMs was not functioning properly.
  • Fix: Offline Banner
    • We made updates to the offline banner that appears for users within the mobile application.
  • Fix: Time Tracker
    • We addressed an issue where the Time Tracker banner was showing when an active timer was not actually running.
  • Fix: Equipment History
    • We addressed an issue where the mobile application was crashing when opening the Equipment History from the Work Order detail screen.
  • Change: Active Tasks
    • Tasks are now always removed from the active list when they are completed.
  • Change: Filter Settings
    • A change was made where filter settings will now persist when the mobile application is closed and reopened.
  • Change: Push Notifications
    • Changes were made where:
      • We removed repeating floor text for undefined spaces.
      • Addressed issues with the Reassigned Task notification.

Android

    • You can now view the service history performed on an asset on the Equipment record.
  • New: One Click Done

    • In the All Properties dropdown, you can quickly select and deselect groups of buildings configured from web.
  • Change: Synchronization 
    • Syncing Work Order, PM Tasks, and Inspections now occurs in a much more timely fashion.
  • Fix: Assignee Dropdown
    • We addressed an issue where the the Assignee dropdown was displaying two assignees by default when only one was selected.
  • Fix: Terminology Adjustment
    • We addressed an issue when users on the create Work Order screen were not seeing Select Issue Type in the Issue Type field.
  • Fix: Counters/Indicators
    • The counters/indicators on the home screen should now accurately represent the Work that is filtered.
  • Fix: Performance
    • The initial loader performs more optimally when encountering an error while loading an organizations buildings.
  • Fix: Inspection Photos
    • We addressed issues where users were not able to add photos to Inspections.
  • Fix: Synching Updates
    • We addressed issues where photos, answers and progress from Inspections were not being synced from the mobile device to the web.

My Properties

  • New: Accounting Settings
    • Under each Property within My Properties, under the Settings menu, you now have the ability to set Invoice and Advanced Billing settings.
  • New: Property Groups
    • Within the My Properties grid, you have the ability to add multiple properties to its own group. These are now visible on the Work Order, Inspection and PM Task grids.
  • New: Additional Address Fields
    • Under Invoice Settings, you can now enter additional address information as more fields have been added.

Preventive

  • New: Bulk Add Properties to Procedures
    • Within the Procedure Library, you now have the ability to bulk add Properties to Procedures.

Reports

  • Change: PM Completion Report
    • The PM Completion Report now includes 2 new widgets:
      • Completion Rate: This shows the percent of PM Tasks complete in total for the selected period.
      • Completion Rate by Building: This shows the percent of PM Tasks complete by the building(s) for the selected period.

Work Orders

  • Fix: Invoice Details
    • The issue where Invoice details were getting cutoff when printing or saving invoices has been addressed.
