Accounting

  • New:
      • Files On Purchase Orders – Users will now be able to attach Files to their Purchase orders. (Video Here)
      • Ability to Link One Purchase Order to multiple Work Orders – Users will now be able to link singular Purchase Order to Multiple Work Orders within Prism. (Video Here)
      • Materials by Property. This will allow users to configure their materials at an account level and property level, similar to our existing issue type grid. Here is a video to learn more.
      • Invoice Issue Type Summary: with the click of a button, include a categorized summary off all your WO charges organized by Issue Type. - (Video Here)
      • Separate Files by Property: a new invoice setting is now available to automatically create an individual invoice filer per each of your property’s charges in a given batch - (Video Here)
      • Add Sequence to Invoice Export - With this addition, information will be displayed on each invoice that includes a recurring WO to helpfully identify where in the overall recurring series each individual WO stands. For example, "1 of 5" or "3 of 5". (Image Here)
      • Vendor Invoices - Mapping 1 Invoice to Many Properties - With this addition, we are presenting the ability to map a single Vendor Invoice to multiple properties across your portfolio. This will allow Vendors and PMOs to submit a single invoice into Prism and have it account and map back to all properties they were assigned work for. (Video Here)
