Accounting

• New:
  • For our heaving accounting clients who are using the Issue Type Summary report, we have edited and re-ordered how this document downloads. Where previously the summary would appear as the first page in the invoice document, it will now appear as the final pages of the document so to allow for easy uploading to their respective accounting software.

  • Template & Batch: Vendor Payables – Prism has released the ability to run Batch reports on Your Vendor Payables. This will function similarly to your Tenant Receivables Batches that you are already accustom to using to bill your Tenants. This Batch File will give you great insight in the Paybles reported to you by your Vendors and ensure all is accounted for.
    Configuration of 2 text field options for Purchase Orders print – Two new Fields have been added to your Prism Generated Purchase Order Print Outs. The first will allow you to mark signees as Signing on behave of your company so to ensure a clear line of authorization. The second is an Additional Text Field, outside of your already existing Terms & Conditions Field. This will allow you to provide much needed information to your Vendors on what you require regarding Purchase Orders, Invoices etc.

The new Affiliate Users feature enables admin users to fluidly add and remove company access to individual users (including Property Managers, Tenants, and Vendors). Check it out within the “User Access” tab when you click on a user’s record in Prism!
