- Yardi User – To abided by JLL SOC Compliance needs we are implementing a new workflow for Yardi Integrations and the user access to Yardi Outbound Batches. Going forward, for a user to be able activate a Yardi Outbound Sync, they will need to be granted the “YARDI User” Permission Group. This Group is a new preset user group that has the built-in permission needed to perform the Yardi Batch. One last note, only a Prism Super User, i.e. BE Employee, can award this permission group to any PMO User.

- Notifications Rework - This change will allow Admin users to better manage notifications against roles. Before this change, we only had Preset options that the customer could choose from (for example: Work Order> Quiet, All, New Only, etc.).
