Accounting

  • New:
    • Yardi User – To abided by JLL SOC Compliance needs we are implementing a new workflow for Yardi Integrations and the user access to Yardi Outbound Batches. Going forward, for a user to be able activate a Yardi Outbound Sync, they will need to be granted the “YARDI User” Permission Group. This Group is a new preset user group that has the built-in permission needed to perform the Yardi Batch. One last note, only a Prism Super User, i.e. BE Employee, can award this permission group to any PMO User.
  • Fixes:
    • Purchase Order Have been pushing all terms and conditions out of frame to the left. 
    • Using the "Completed by" date filter on Accounting Batches were generating blank batches 
    • Some labor rates created by user defaulting to a PM organization that is not linked to the user.
    • Labor rates created by user defaulting to PM organization not linked to user 
    • Materials add with a cost over $1,000 recording incorrect costs on the Material Addition modules on WO, PMs, and Inspections 
    • The Daft Invoice and Summary was presenting with the Property Heading cut-off
    • Reservations that are made outside of Batch date parameters are still being pulled into the batches

Admin Page

  • New:
    • Notifications Rework - This change will allow Admin users to better manage notifications against roles. Before this change, we only had Preset options that the customer could choose from (for example: Work Order> Quiet, All, New Only, etc.). Admins will now have the option to pick which specific notifications a role should receive. Here is the video walk through to learn more (Video).

    • Delete Bids – User can now delete Bids from the Bid Requests Grid. This will allow clients the opportunities to clean up there Bid Board. (Video Here)

    • When a user is added into the system and is updated to “Grant Automatic Property Access”, user doesn’t appear as assignable. 
    • In certain cases, the email address is case sensitive for login or password resets 
    • When a property group is selected when adding users, error is thrown.
    • When applying a shift schedule to a user profile, we were unable to apply times to the shift just dates 

Preventative Maintenance

    • Inactive Asset Types are populating when selecting Equipment in PM Schedule.

    • Users are unable to reopen PM tasks that were previously set to the Overridden Status
    • When using the property group filter on the PM Procedure Grid, the resulting PMs would show duplicated versions of the same procedure

    • Reduce the time taken to find the property selection when creating a work order, through our Property Group filter. This dropdown acts as an assistant to narrow down a long list of properties and find the one you’re looking for. (Video Here)

    • Inline Filtering Inline filtering against specific columns within the inspection and work order grid. Allows for quicker scoping to find information you're looking for. (Video Here)

  • Fixes:

    • Some users were unable to create a WO with an issue type that is set to assign to a referral team 

    • WO Custom Form Field is Not Displaying Data on WO Grid Custom Field Column 

    • The Assign to field is showing duplicate values for company/vendor employee as well as a company that is not affiliated with the property. 

    • The wrong address is displayed on the grid/WO creation screen but the correct address is on the building profile/actual WOs. 

    • Exporting Visible Columns from the WO grid includes additional columns/data not selected on grid view. 

    • Users not receiving WO satisfaction survey emails.

    • Despite the history of the WO stating the requester has been notified of all changes, they are not triggering emails.

    • Photos added via Prism Mobile App included as part of files tab on WOs, not part of Photos section 

    • Work Order Estimate Request Email Notification Displaying Backend Code for Priority and Target Completion

    • WO Winning Vendor Company Able to View Estimates and the Companies That Submitted Them
