  • New My Properties Site Plan Dashboard Card: Clients will have quick and easy access to their Property’s Site Plan (Aerial View) to see all equipment on the roof and their current condition and task. This link out will also allow clients quick access to the property profile where they can then move about Prism to view other areas pertaining to that property. (Video Here)

    • Save time by adding multiple photos at once from your photo gallery, instead of being limited to adding 1 at a time.
    • Upon adding photos, be able to rename them in order to identify the photos and display those names when looking at reports.
    • Markup photos that are added in order to identify specific areas that need attention, making it clear to anyone viewing the photo what the issue may be.

  • Visitor End Dates were inaccurately marked are the day before their visit causing an error when attempting to check them in.

Work Order 

• New:

  • • NTE Request Increase: NTEs applied to any Vendor Assigned Work Order will now be granted the right for the Vendor to Request the NTE be Increased. This will allow for a clear Workflow between the PMO and Vendor directly within Prism to negotiate the NTEs for any particular type of work. Typically an NTE is a previously agreed upon ceiling for the cost of work but as we all know some work can require more then others and thus require further discussion on the overall cost.   • Users are receiving Notifications on Work Orders outside of their role.
    
  • NTE limits are randomly applying and sending out notifications to the vendors when they are not configured to be. 
    Vendors can view all other vendor’s submitted estimates from WO Request Estimate. 
    Work Orders that have Forms on Complete are being marked as private thus are showing as grayed out and cannot be completed. 
    User received WO notification for area outside of their role. 
    When a User Unfollows a Parent Work Order, They are Still Automatically Following Subsequent Child Work Orders.
