Preventative Maintenance Task Notifications for Assignees are controlled within the Schedule on the last step of editing/creating a Schedule. These notifications are designed to alert assignees about: New PM Tasks and Assignee Changes (when work has been assigned or unassigned).
These notifications will only fire to the assignee of the task.

Q: What if I want someone other than the PM Assignee to get a notification when a PM task is fired out?
A: Currently, only the assignee can receive notifications when a PM Task is fired out.
