  • The last Prism web update was June 20th, 2024 at 5:30 pm ET.
  • The next release will be approximately July 3rd, 2024 at 5:30 PM ET.
  • We will be changing the article format next quarter!
    • Moving forward there will be an individual Article for each bi-weekly release to Prism Web instead of one Monthly article that is updated.

Accounting

  • New:
    • Previously, Invoice Summaries only included the summary of the Billable WOs. Being that we can charge for WOs, Inspections, Preventative Maintenance and Resource Reservations we decided to include these in the invoice Summary. Users Batched Invoice Summaries will now include Inspections, Preventative Maintenance and Resource Reservations along with the WOs.
  • Fixes:
    • Receiving 'Exporting Accounting Batch Failed' error when exporting batches. 
    • Work Orders From Locked Batch are Pulling into New Batch.
    • Accounting template doesn't save adjustments to Row Count column when adjusting to Count per WORK ORDER or Individual Row Count per WORK ORDER. 
    • Unable To Generate Invoice Preview.

Admin Page

  • New:
    • Account Admins should be able to see schedules without Properties.

      • Previously, if all properties were removed from a schedule, only the creator of the schedule could access it. Account admins can now view all Preventive Maintenance and Inspection schedules, regardless of the property count against the schedule.

  • Fixes:
    • User with Appropriate Permissions is Unable to Add Issue Types. 
    • Required Custom Fields are showing as "Optional".

Bid Management

Communications

  • New:
    • Emergency Messaging: Broadcast via Email & SMS + Allow recipient to submit a response (Feature add-on) –
      • Emergency Messaging: Quickly create and send emergency messages that are designed to communicate a sense of urgency to the recipient via email and/or text.

      • Templates: Create templates for common emergency scenarios to expedite message dispatch.

      • Response Collection: Set up pre-defined responses and gather them from tenants, enabling them to communicate their status and any immediate needs.

      • Analytics & Reporting: Access detailed delivery and response analytics in Prism or receive them directly via email, ensuring you stay informed about the effectiveness of your communications.

      • This new functionality ensures that property managers can effectively safeguard their tenants and property using prompt and clear emergency notifications.

    • Ghost Filters: Only My Property Messages & Only My Messages 

      • Property Scoping on Messages & Audiences Grids: Messages and audiences grids now only display properties you have access to, making it easier than ever to navigate and manage your properties' communications.

      • "Only My" filters : We've introduced "Only My" filters on the messages, audiences & templates grids. These filters, which are defaulted to off and can be toggled on, enable you to see messages, audiences or templates created by you exclusively.

      • "Created by" column & filter: We introduced a new column on the messages, audiences & templates grids which will show the creator, as well as a filter for you to drill down on finding results created by a certain individual.

    • Move In/Move Out - Move In/Move Out inspections with comparison reports create an end-to-end experience with the tenant's suite experience. (Video Here)

      • Fire out a Move In task when the tenant moves in, to capture the state of the suite as they move in.

      • Fire a Move Out inspection task to capture the state of the suite when they move out. Generate a comparison report against the Move In and Move Out tasks to easily view the differences between the results.

  • Fixes:
    • Users are Unable to add follow up question on inspection schedule. (PRISM-6647)
      Inspection Showing 100% Complete Won't Update Status to Completed Because of "Missing Photo".

    • USER MANAGEMENT: Allow for 360 days before forcing a logout - We've extended the option of how long it
      takes for the system to automatically log users out, from 30 days to 360 days as the max. (Video Here)

    • Sorting My User Grid by a custom field only sorts the items on the first page. 
    • Unable to view detailed history on user accounts, the user sees a blank screen.

      • On-Hold work orders now have the option to move directly to Completed or Closed (Video Here)

  • Fixes:

    • WO Export Visible Columns leaves out Billable and Actual Hours.
    • WO Request Estimate - non-awarded vendors are not being notified when they do not win the WO. 
    • The work order module is not factoring in the credit amount.
