August 14th, 2024 Release Notes: New Features and Fixes

Accounting

• Fixes:
  
  • Locking Batch is creating new work orders for all Resource Reservations with charges in the batch date range.
  • User Without Proper Permissions Sees the Option to Create a New Batch. 
  • Changing Invoice Date Reverts to a Day Before Selected Date.

Admin Page

• Fixes:
  
  • Not able to edit custom notification role.

Communications

• Fixes:
  
  • When Viewing Communications Recipients, their primary building is listed instead of the building where they're receiving the communication. 
  • Attachments from Templates Need to be Removed Twice to be Removed Properly.

Inspections

• Fixes:
  
  • Inspection Questions That Do Not Require Photos Can't Be Completed Due to Missing Photos Error.
  • Error When Saving Edits to Inspection Schedule.

My Equipment

• Fixes:
  • Equipment Location Dropdown isn't in numerical or alphabetical order.

My Spaces

• Fixes:
  • Company name automatically capitalized in My Spaces. 
  • User Cannot Edit Spaces in a Specific Building.

My Properties

• Fixes:
  • Tenants can see too much info in My Properties.

My Users

• Fixes:
  • PMO users being changed to tenant users automatically

Preventative Maintenance

• New:
  • PM Task Cancelled Notification- When notifications are enabled for a Preventive Maintenance schedule, assignees of the corresponding tasks will now receive a notification when their task is moved to the Cancelled status. (Video Here)
• Fixes:
  • PM Notifications still firing off when notifications are disabled on the schedule.

Prism Mobile 

• Android PMO: 3.4
• iOS PMO: 3.4
  • Fixes:
    • Performed On Date In Work Orders on the Mobile App Saves the Date Before the Chosen Date. 
    • Tenant Visible Comments will Intermittently Post as Hidden When Using the Mobile App.

Resource Reservations

• New:
  • Resource Reservations: Enhanced Visibility of Booked Resources with updates to users without the permission "can_view_all_reservations". These users can now see when a resource is booked by other tenants, preventing redundant attempts to book already reserved resources.
    • If a user does not have the "can_view_all_reservations" permission:
      • On the Calendar:
        
        • Reservation Visibility: Users will see reserved slots for resources they have access to, but with certain details hidden.
        • Reservation Name: Hidden and replaced with “Reserved”.
        • Description: Hidden.
        • Invitee Section: Hidden.
        • Edit Reservation Option: Hidden if the user does not have edit access to the reservation.
        • Cancel Button: Hidden if the user does not have edit access to the reservation.
      • On the Grid: For reservations that users do not have edit access to, or that are not under their company, the following columns will display a hyphen [-]:
        • Reservation Name
        • Company
        • Created For
        • Details
        • Actions
• Fixes:
  
  • Work Orders are being created from Resource Work order Rules on reservations in the past.
  • Resource Reservation Work Order rule not firing off work orders immediately.

Tenant Compliance

• New:

• Fixes:
  • New Tenant Compliance Schedule Start Date defaulting to the previous day, instead of current day.

Visitor

• Fixes:
  
  • The "Visitor's Company Name" column doesn't export with "Export Visible Columns".
  • When a particular company (MUFG) is searched in Visitors, the operation times out.

Work Order 

• Fixes:

  • Unable to Delete Scheduled Work Orders. 
  • When moving through Work Orders, Errors constantly appear on the screen.
  • Issue type export showing different SLA target than configuration in system. 
  • Work order notifications are being sent to Inactive users.
