August 29th, 2024 Release Notes: New Features and Fixes

Accounting

  • New:

    • New Columns on Batch Templates

      • We are releasing 3 new columns to the batch templates in Prism:

        • Issue Type Category

        • NTE

        • Vendor ID

      • This will be the ID of the Vendor that is listed on the Vendor Invoice

      • Coming Soon: is a New Column that will provide the Vendor invoice URL link out on the batch for quick and easy reference.

         

  • Fixes:
    • Charge Codes Are Not Alphabetizing correctly

Import

  • Fixes:
    • Equipment Import: Equipment with a File URL are having the photo field populated with an image of the actual URL. 

My Equipment

  • Fixes:
    • Equipment Location Dropdown isn't in numerical or alphabetical order. 

My Spaces

  • Fixes:
    • Company name automatically capitalized in My Spaces. 

My Users

  • Fixes:
    • Vendor Company doesn't display when viewing a team list

Resource Reservations

  • New:
    • Resource Reservations filters are not working

Visitor

  • Fixes:
    • "Visitor's Company Name" column doesn't export with "Export Visible Columns".

Work Order 

  • New:

    • We are releasing 6 new columns to the WO Grid to make it easier for clients to review and confirm WOs while staying on the Grid and exporting data.

      • Vendor Estimates Status

      • Property Groups

      • Vendor Invoice Number

      • Vendor Invoice Amount

      • Vendor On Invoice ID

      • Requestor Company ID

  • Fixes:

    • Unexpected page crash when attempting to delete “Scheduled Hours” on Work Orders.
    • When updating a saved layout, the property group dropdown shows companies instead of groups.
    • Tenant is receiving a network errors and request for tenant satisfaction when they view a work order. 
    • When moving through Work Orders, Errors constantly appear on the screen.
    • Issue type export showing different SLA target than configuration in system. 
    • Work order notifications are being sent to Inactive users.
