Reminders for Tenant Compliance tasks work in two main ways:
Reminder Frequency:
- When creating a TC Schedule, you can set how often reminders are sent.
- You can choose the "Advanced Reminder Frequency" for notices before the due date.
- You can also set the "Overdue Notification Frequency" for reminders after the due date.
Who Receives Reminders:
- Each tenant company has one Primary Contact who receives all reminder emails.
- To update or add a Primary Contact:
- Go to My Companies
- Open the tenant company's profile
- Find the Contact section on the right
- Edit the existing Primary Contact or add a new one
- To update or add a Primary Contact:
Note: Changing the Primary Contact will affect who receives future reminders for that company's tasks.
