- New: The task has just been created and assigned to the tenant.
- Open: The tenant has viewed the task, but hasn't completed it yet.
- Ready for Review: The tenant has uploaded their information and finished the task.
- Approved: You've checked the tenant's information and it's all good.
- Denied: You've checked the tenant's information and it's not acceptable. This closes the task.
- Closed: The task is complete and can't be changed.
Note: Property Managers can manually re-open a "Closed" task to set it back to "Open" if needed.
