October 9th, 2024 Release Notes: New Features and Fixes

Accounting

• New:

  • Accounting: Non-Billable Batch Cost Calculations

    • When running Non-Billable accounting batches will now run a calculation against actual Hours and Provide you a potential cost. This will ensure clients have the ability to analyze their potential revenue in prism.

• Fixes:

  • When batch's invoice & summary is exported, the invoice total is jumbled and incorrectly formatted if lengthy invoice notes are set in the property level.

  • Sales tax charge code description displays as "None" despite having a description of "SALES TAX."

Admin Page

• Fixes:
  • Fixed inability to update user permissions in bulk.

Prism Insurance

• Fixes:
  • Fixed issue where users saw the insurance module, despite it being disabled, when overriding default notification configuration on the property page.

Preventative Maintenance

• Fixes:
  • Resolved screen crash when selecting more than 9 properties in PM procedures for export.
  • Clarified error message when assigning a PM schedule to someone without property access.

Tenant Compliance

• Fixes:
  • Resolved page crash when clicking the Tenant Company tab on the schedule details page after a suite associated with a Tenant Compliance schedule becomes vacant.

Work Order 

• Fixes:

  • Resolved issue where users with "can schedule work orders" permission couldn't see or edit the Schedule tab on individual WOs.
  • Fixed notifications not being sent to vendors when a private comment is added.
  • Corrected persistent dialog box after rating a work order and erroneous "Already Rated" message.
  • Fixed duplication of selected company when editing labor in work orders.
