Included with the Projects module is a detailed budget report that provides a comprehensive breakdown of the financial aspects of all your projects. It offers the benefits of tracking costs for planned, actual, and historical spend to help stay within budgets, avoid overruns, and provide accurate forecasting. The report may be found in the “Reporting” module found in Prism’s left-hand navigation menu. Titled “Projects Report” (under type “Projects”).
The Project Report supports scheduling or ad hoc reporting as required. Setup a scheduled delivery by selecting the “Create Email Schedule” button in the main Reports page.

Selecting the Projects Report hyperlink allows you to see all of your projects graphically, by project spend and category. The “Project Budget vs Cost” shows approved, revised and costs to date for all projects selected by the filters. In the “Project Cost by Category” you can quickly see your project costs grouped into the Project Categories and stacked according to amount spent. The filters in the right-hand nav bar allow you to see your project spend by properties, period, region, owner, status, priority, company name, and individual category or name. The graphs will adjust dynamically to the filters you have selected. The filtered projects may also be exported to an Excel file for detailed analysis or to a PDF for an ad hoc status report.
