Prism projects can be accessed from either a card on the Prism Main Dashboard or from the menu item in the side navigation bar. To configure the card, select the gear icon from the top right of the Home page, select the “Projects” System Dashboard Card, and toggle the “Show Card” to on.

Viewing and Adding Projects from the Home Page Card
The Projects Home Page card offers a number of features, allowing the user to create a new project, navigate to the Projects dashboard, access individual projects directly, and view the high-level details of each project (prioritized by priority level and end date.
Create a new Project
To create a new Project from the Home Page card, select the “+” symbol. You will be taken to the “Create Project” edit page, where you may enter the high-level details of the Project. More on info on project creation will be provided in the articles below.
Access the Projects dashboard
The total number of projects in your system will be provided in the grey oval next to the Projects icon. The hyperlinked number takes the user directly to the Projects Dashboard where all functions of the app will be available.
High-level project details and Navigating to a Project
In the Home page card, several details are highlighted for the user, including the project’s priority, completeness (expressed as a % of total project tasks completed and visible in the wheel), end date, Project Administrator, and property (or properties). Selecting the hyperlinked name of each project will navigate the user directly to the Project Details page where all details of a project are viewed and edited.
