We are pleased to announce the addition of two new frequency options for preventive maintenance schedules, scheduled work orders, and inspection schedules: hourly and minutely. These enhanced options provide greater flexibility and precision in maintaining critical equipment and systems.
The hourly frequency allows for tasks to be scheduled on a recurring basis every specified number of hours, ideal for high-use machinery or processes requiring frequent attention. The minutely frequency offers even more granular control, enabling tasks to be scheduled at intervals as short as every 15 minutes, perfect for time-sensitive operations or equipment requiring constant monitoring.
These new options complement our existing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly frequencies, allowing facility managers and maintenance teams to create more tailored and responsive maintenance plans. By matching maintenance intervals more closely to equipment needs and operational demands, organizations can optimize performance, reduce downtime, and extend asset lifecycles.
