November 20th, 2024 Release Notes: New Features and Fixes

Accounting

  • New:

    • Vendor Invoicing: Notes Field being added to the Vendor Invoice (Video Here)

      • We will be allowing Users the ability to add a note to the overall Vendor Invoice.

      • This note will also be available for Vendor Invoice Batching

    • Vendor Vendor Invoice - Delete :(Video Here)
      • Permission: Can Delete Vendor Invoice
      • Users will now be able to fully delete a Vendor Invoice from a WO, unless that invoice has already been included in a locked batch process
    • Vendor Invoice - Approval (Video Here)
      • We will now be able to apply Approval Setup for Non-US Currency sites.
      • This will allow us to release the Vendor Invoice Approval Flow to APAC and any other Non-US sites in PRISM 
  • Fixes:
    • Frontend bug where Yardi checkbox is visible for payable batches when it should be hidden

Bid Management

  • New:

    • Bid Management View Comparison Enhancements

      • Enhances the View Bid Comparison page to provide a standard Prism look and feel. The Printable PDF Report action moves to the page header and the horizontal scrolling has been improved so that users can more easily compare competing bids.
      • Makes the "Resend" feature available to the Bid user even when those bids are the "Pending Award" state. The feature sends the bid for only the vendor selected back to a "No Reply" state, requiring them to resubmit.
      • Bids: Reopen Vendor Bids in the Pending Award state
        • Makes the "Resend" feature available to the Bid user even when those bids are the "Pending Award" state. The feature sends the bid for only the vendor selected back to a "No Reply" state, requiring them to resubmit.

      • Bids: Manual Invite Setting for Bids: Admin

        • Provides an administrative setting at the account level to toggle all vendor auto-select features off in the Bid Management module. In the vendor selection page (when editing a bid), the feature sets bid selection to "Manual Invite Only", requiring the user to select each individual vendors to include in the list.
  • Fixes:
    • Vendor Company title overflows in the Bid Comparison PDF, causing formatting issues
    • The user is not able to see the same currency sign on the budget and bid total amount under the Select Winning Bid page in Bid Management

My Equipment

  • New:
    • (Mobile) Enhanced the create new equipment form, by adding more fields to match the web. After creating new or viewing existing equipment, a new details page, along with allowing the ability to edit already created equipment/

Prism Insurance

  • New:

    • PRISM Insurance: Self-Insured Companies 

      • Users will be able to easily identify companies with self-insured policies in the current year by enabling the “Self-Insured” toggle on certificate coverage types.
  • Fixes:
    • Clicking Assignee Details shows ALL companies as Non-Compliant, regardless of their actual compliance status 
    • Company Compliance is not re-calculating on Certificate of Insurance (COI) edits, leading to incorrect compliance statuses 
    • "Compliance Expiry" in Companies grid does not display Certificate End Date correctly for Jones Production environment

My Properties

  • New:
      • Property Managers can efficiently control property access based on dynamic status updates. This feature allows managers to set and modify property statuses such as "Active," "Pending" or "Decommissioning" and automatically adjust access permissions accordingly. You can ensure the right people have the right access at the right time.

Prism Mobile 

  • New:

    • Mobile Low Connectivity Check:

      • Enhancement for when users are using the app, we are now checking bandwidth at different points to trigger low or no connection to push them offline to aid with data transfer/ general app behaviour.

    • Mobile Property Page: 

      • Provide property management teams and engineers with a go-to place for all key information on multiple properties. This feature when completed will provide the property's details such as year built, total Square Footage, number of floors, current status, Building Systems, type and contacts. 

    • Mobile Equipment

      • Enhanced the create new equipment form, by adding more fields to match the web. After creating new or viewing existing equipment, a new details page, along with allowing the ability to edit already created equipment.
    • Mobile Communications 
      • Enhancement to communications allowing users to select, Saved Audience, Management Organization, upload image to a message, Message Audience Section Distribution or Dynamic. You are also able to select, channels of message delivery, and add additional recipients.

Prism Projects

  • New:

    • Projects: Project Status Enhancements

      • Enhances Projects to add new project "status" options that provide for more accurate performance tracking. Project Followers also receive a notification when a project's status has been completed, canceled or put on hold and when it has been reopened from one of those statuses.

Tenant Compliance

  • New:
      • Equipment Level Tenant Compliance Schedules
        • We will allow clients the ability to choose specific pieces of equipment or Asset type to include in a schedule and its tasks.

Work Order 

  • Fixes:

    • Users experience errors when trying to update "Too Hot" or "Too Cold" issue types Work Order status
