Introduction
Prism Projects uses multiple project "status" options to provide project managers with more accurate tracking of project performance. Status changes are also incorporated into Prism’s notification system, so that followers of a project receive a notification when a project's status has been completed or re-opened from one of its closed states.
Editing the Project Status Details
The project status options now include: “Not Started”, “Open”, “On Hold”, “Cancelled”, and “Completed”. These are context sensitive so that when a project is in an “On Hold”, “Cancelled”, or “Completed” state, the notifications related to it will also be suspended (e.g., for overdue and overbudget) as they are not considered active projects.
