This article explains the simple two-step process for cancelling a work order in our system. Follow these instructions to quickly update the status of a work order to "Cancelled":
1. Click into the Work Order that needs to be cancelled.
2. From the Status dropdown, choose Cancelled. The Work Order will automatically save as cancelled.
How to Cancel Work Orders
This article explains two methods for cancelling work orders in our system:

Individual Cancellation
- Open the specific work order you wish to cancel.
- Locate the Status dropdown menu and select "Cancelled".
- The system automatically saves the work order with the new cancelled status.

Bulk Cancellation
- Go to the Work Order search grid.
- Select the checkboxes next to multiple work orders you want to cancel.
- This action opens bulk options.
- Choose the "Status Change" option from the bulk actions.
- Select "Cancelled" as the new status.
- Apply the change to update all selected work orders simultaneously.
These methods allow you to efficiently cancel work orders either individually or in bulk, depending on your needs.
