You can add Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for your tenant company through the Prism system if your Property Management grants their Tenants this permission. If your Property Management enables certificates to be uploaded by Tenants, you will receive an email for a COI request. These emails will continue to send as the existing COIs near their expiry. Please see example of what these emails look like below.
If you navigate to Dashboard/Home, you can see the Insurance card. You can click the "+" on the top right of the card to add a new COI. Or, you can click "Add Certificate" next to a specific property.
Then, you will be prompted to enter required information for the COI and upload the relevant file(s). After you fill in all required fields, you can click "Save Certificate" on the bottom to save the COI.
You can then navigate to the "Insurance" module on the left navigation bar to review all uploaded COIs.
