Welcome to Prism PM, your go-to app for managing work orders and communicating with the property management team. This guide will walk you through the setup process and key features.
- Setting Up Your Account
• Check Your Email: Look for a welcome email from your property administrator. This email contains your invitation to Prism.
• Accept the Invitation: Click the "Accept Invitation" button in the email.
• Create Your Profile: Follow the prompts to set up your Prism profile and password.
• Important: Log in to your account via web browser before using the mobile app.

- Logging In
- Open the Prism app on your mobile device
- Enter the email address and password you created in Step 1
- Tap "Sign In"
- Reviewing Tasks
Once you log in, you can see how many tasks (Work Orders, Preventative Maintenance tasks, inspection tasks) are assigned to you based on the number above "My Tasks."
If you click "My Tasks," you can see these tasks in detail.
If you click "All Tasks" you can see all tasks and not just those assigned to you.
- Filter Tasks
If you click the funnel icon on the top left, you can further filter the listed tasks to better navigate the app.
- Review Work Orders
- If you click into a Work Order, the landing screen displays what you can edit. You can change the status, acknowledge the Work Order, read more details, etc.
- If you click "Labor/Materials" at the top, you can add labor/materials to the Work Order
- If you click "History," you can read comments left in the Work Order, or leave a comment
