Accounting

  • New:

    • Improvements to PO Functionality   - Click here to learn more!

        1. Enhanced grid view with additional fields:
          • Vendor company
          • Associated property
          • Service type
          • Notes
          • Date approved
        2. Improved filterability for all new fields
        3. New creation form with expanded details:
          • Service type selection directly from Prism
        4. New capability to create $0.00 purchase orders

          Prism's Purchase Order module has been upgraded with new features to improve functionality and user experience:

        5. These updates streamline the purchase order process, providing more detailed information and flexibility for users.

  • Fixes:
    • When selecting Payable for Accounting Batch Schedules, the page crashes
    • The Export and Lock Batch function in Accounting Generates An error
    • Accounting template doesn't save adjustments to Row Count column when adjusting to Count per WO or Individual Row Count per WO

Admin Page

  • Fixes:
    • Prism - French Translation Corrections/Gaps
    • Forms Questions with required answers sometimes don't require an answer to save.

Communications

  • Fixes:
    • Communications Metrics are not updating correctly for sent messages (PRISM-12513).

Contracts

  • Fixes:
    • Unable to set up DocuSign Integration for users 

My Equipment

  • Fixes:
    • Inactive Equipment has no details on who and when the equipment was deactivated

My Properties

  • New:

    • Add/Edit Region - Click here to learn more!

      • We added the ability to create a region from the Region’s tab as well as the ability to edit existing ones. Users can now add/remove properties to a region straight from this page.

  • Fixes:
    • Unable to enter correct Post Code (2200) for Bankstown Aerodrome in Property Remit Address

Tenant Compliance

  • Fixes:
    • Tenant Compliance: Errors occur when saving Schedule, showing "Invalid Company"

Work Order 

  • Fixes:

    • Comment Notifications were not sent (PRISM-12582).
    • NTE Status Changes to "Awaiting Vendor Acceptance" after being accepted by vendor, no NTE modal present on Work Order
    • The scheduled Hours Issue Type Function does not save the date when the Tenant Schedulable option is toggled on for an Issue Type.
    • Export of Work Orders fails when many Issue Types are selected.
    • Web - Export Visible column not working with Custom fields

Reporting

  • Fixes:
    • Incorrect Number Format for Hours in 'Labor Allocation Trend Report' Excel Export File
    • Labor Allocation Report if downloaded in total will show inconsistencies compared to what shows on the screen
