You can enhance email notifications by adding attachments tailored to specific properties or user types. This customization can be done at either the Account Level or the Building Level.
Account Level: Customize notifications for all properties across your account.
Property/Building Level: Customize notifications for only selected properties.
Here are the steps to Customize your notifications:
1.Navigate to Admin > Account > Notifications to view all Notification Events.
Use the search field to locate specific notification events quickly.
2. Click on the name of the desired notification event to access its settings.
3. Select the appropriate user type (Property Managers, Vendor, or Tenant) for the attachment where you want to add this attachment to their email notification
4. Within the user type tab, click the "+Add File" button
5. Select Upload File to upload from your device, Browse Uploads to add a file already in the My Files module, or Create Shortcut to add a URL.
6. If you select Upload File or Create Shortcut, enter a name for the file. If you would like to make the file visible to tenants, click the box next to Tenant Visible. Select a category for the file, enter any notes or tags if needed, then click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to finish.
