If you need to delete an existing Certificate in the system, you can do so by following the steps below.
- Identify which company the Certificate is for. This will be displayed in the Certificate or in the Insurance grid.
- Navigate to My Companies > Search and click the company the Certificate is for. You will see the list of Certificates for that company under "Certificates."
- Click the three dots at the end of the Certificate to delete.
