- Vendor company
- Associated property
- Service type
- Notes
- Date approved
These new fields provide at-a-glance information about each PO, improving visibility and organization.

Improved Filtering All new fields in the grid view are now filterable, allowing you to quickly find the POs you need based on specific criteria.

Expanded Creation Form When creating a new PO, you'll notice an improved form with expanded details:
- Service type selection directly from Prism
- Ability to create $0.00 purchase orders for situations where no immediate cost is incurred
- Streamlined Process These updates simplify the PO creation and management process, providing more detailed information and increased flexibility.
How to Use Purchase Orders in Prism:

Creating a PO:
- Navigate to the Purchase Orders module
- Click "Create New Purchase Order"
- Fill in the required fields, including the new service type selection
- Set the amount (including $0.00 if applicable)
- Add any necessary notes
- Submit for approval

- Use the enhanced grid view to review all POs
- Utilize the new filtering options to sort and find specific POs
- Track the approval status and date

- Authorized users can review and approve POs
- The approval date is now visible in the grid view
