How to Access the Dashboard
The Project Performance Dashboard is located on the main dashboard of your Prism Projects interface. No additional setup is required to start using this feature.
Dashboard Components
The dashboard consists of three main cards:
- Project Status
- Completion Accuracy
- Budget Accuracy
Each card displays a graph representing the distribution of projects across different categories.
How to Use the Dashboard
Viewing Project Details
- Hover over any segment in the graphs to see the number of projects in that category.
- Click on a segment to view a list of projects within that category.
Filtering Projects
- Click on the "Filters" button to access filtering options.
- Select desired filters (e.g., status, priority) to refine your view.
- Apply filters to update the dashboard in real-time.
Exporting Data
- Select the projects you want to include in your report.
- Click on the "Export" button.
- Choose "Export All Columns" or select specific columns to export.
Creating Custom Layouts
- Apply your desired filters.
- Click on "Save Layout."
- Name your layout (e.g., "Budget Layout").
- Access saved layouts for quick, customized views of your projects.
Common Use Cases
- Identifying overdue projects: Use the Completion Accuracy card to spot open projects that are past their due date.
- Managing budget issues: Utilize the Budget Accuracy card to find projects that are over budget.

- A: Ensure that you haven't applied any filters that might be excluding some projects. Click "Clear All Filters" to see all projects.
