February 13th, 2025 Release Notes (Prism Web Platform)

This release introduces new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to improve your experience when using Prism through a web browser. For those using our mobile app, the Mobile Release Notes can be found [here].

Accounting

  • Fixes:

    • Users are unable to rename the "Row Count" column in accounting batch templates 

    • Materials are not honoring Property Visible at Property Level on Purchase Orders 

    • The zip code is showing as "None" on Purchase Order printouts.

Admin 

  • Fixes:
    • SLA notices are firing outside of the user's scheduled hours

Projects

  • New:
    • Projects Performance Dashboard - Click here to learn more.
      • The main summary component of the Prism Projects module, the Dashboard provides a quick graphical view of project-level KPIs for Project Status, Project Completion Accuracy, and Project Budget Accuracy. Users may click-through the graph segments to get the pre-filtered list of projects meeting the criteria.
    • Project Task Notifications - Introduces six new notifications to send project and project-task reminders when tasks and projects are coming due or are overdue on a recurring basis. Click here to learn more

    • Project Hours: Project Tasks and Work Orders - Click here to learn more
      • Plan and track all of the hours spent on your projects, including work order and project tasks. Project hours also captures the number of work order billable hours recorded for the project.

Visitor

  • New:
    • New Customizations for Visitor Badges - Click here to learn more.
      • The Expanded Badge Image Options feature offers flexibility in choosing image formats, including various barcode types and QR codes, to meet specific property requirements.
  • Fixes:
    • The visitor module throws an error when first accessed, causing loading issues
    • A single visitor entry fires two check-in notifications instead of one
    • Changing a visitor from non-premier to premier doesn't generate a premier email

Work Order 

  • Fixes:

    • Users are unable to complete work orders for a specific property, encountering a network error and server error 500.

    • Users without permissions to submit work orders can still see the option on the dashboard.

    • Assignee Company columns are not exporting when selecting "export all visible columns" in work orders .

    • Users are unable to scroll through the complete list of labor rates when adding labor to a work order .

    • Exporting work orders has progress stuck and eventually throws an error .

    • The Assignee Company ID is not selectable as a column in the Work Order grid .

    • Web export visible column is not working with custom fields.

    • Clicking "View Detailed History" on the Edit Vendor Invoice page takes users to a white page
