The Property Notes feature provides a centralized location for PMO users to share crucial property-related information. This enhancement improves communication, increases efficiency, and promotes safety by allowing users to add and access important details such as access codes, emergency procedures, and temporary instructions directly on property pages and work orders.
Setting Up the Feature: The Property Notes feature is accessible through the "Notes" tab on the My Properties page.
How the Feature Works: Users can add free-text notes on property pages through the Notes tab with the My Properties module on the left side.
- Within the My Properties module, click on the "Notes" tab/section there.
- To create a Note, click on "Create Property Note" to open a modal.
- Enter a title, select the relevant property, and add additional context in the text field.
- Set visibility options (tenants, vendors, property managers) and note duration.
- At least one visibility option must be selected when creating a note.
- An icon appears on the property card to indicate the presence of notes.
- Notes are visible on:
- The property details page
- Property card
- During work order creation.
