Work Order
-
Fixes:
-
Users are experiencing an issue where, after unfollowing a parent Work Order, they are still automatically following subsequent child Work Orders, contrary to the expected behavior.
-
Users are unable to create Work Orders when the issue type has a default vendor assignee, resulting in a 400 error and a "Vendor id not found" message in the console..
-
The NTE (Not To Exceed) Limit is being applied incorrectly when it shouldn't be, affecting Work Order management and vendor notifications.
-
Property Management Organizations (PMOs) have no warning or indication of Vendor suspension when trying to assign them Work Orders, potentially leading to assignment of suspended vendors.
-
Vendors can view all submitted estimates from Work Order Request Estimates, which is a privacy concern as they should only see their own submissions.
-
Users are receiving Work Order notifications for areas outside of their designated roles, potentially causing confusion and inappropriate task assignments.
-
The forms field under work orders is grayed out, preventing users from inputting any data, which is particularly problematic for forms that populate on work order completion.
