Deactivating and pausing schedules in Prism allows you to manage inspection tasks effectively without permanently removing them. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to deactivate or pause schedules, ensuring flexibility in task management and preserving historical data for future reference.
Deactivating a Schedule
- Click the Inspections tab and navigate to the Schedule feature.
- Find the schedule you would like to clone within the grid, then click into it to open
- In the top right corner, click on Actions to access the dropdown menu
- Click Deactivate from the drop down. (We do not recommend deleting inspection schedules. If you are looking to "delete" a schedule, deactivating it will remove it from the grid)
Pausing a Schedule
- Click the Inspections tab and navigate to the Schedules feature.
- Find an active template you would like to pause within the grid, then click on it to open the schedule
- In the bottom right, click on the Pause Schedule button
