You can adjust the assignee of existing Inspection Schedules on Prism, if responsibilities have changed since the creation of the schedule. Please see below on a step by step on how to do so.
- Navigate to Inspections Module and click into "Schedules"
- Click the ID of the inspection schedule you want to adjust
- Click into the "Properties" page and click "Edit"
- You can update the assignee per property, or set a Default Assignee
- The property level assignee holds priority. If there is no assignee set for the property, the inspection will be assigned to the Default Assignee.
