The Calendar tab in the Preventive Module gives you a snapshot of tasks that are projected to fire within the next month, to allow user to plan their workload accordingly.
Users can toggle between Daily, Weekly, and Monthly views to get a more customizable view of the tasks.
You can also filter the calendar by Property or Property Groups to narrow down you results. If you click on Show Filters, you can also further filter by Assigned To, Categories, Asset Types, Equipment, and and Frequency.
At the top of the grid, you will also see a Projected Tasks and Actual Tasks. The Projected Tasks will show you the number of tasks that have not fired yet, but will fire within the dates shown. The Actual Tasks shows you the amount of tasks that have already been fired within the dates shown.
Tasks highlighted in Orange are projected, and tasks highlighted in Blue are Actual.
(Please note: if you are viewing the Calendar in Monthly view, the Projected tasks will calculate the tasks that will fire on all of the dates shown, not just the month selected. So if you are viewing the month of April, and you can also see the 1st 4 days in May the in the Calendar view as well, tasks that will fire on those visible days in May will be calculated in the Projected count)
If you click on the any task in the grid, a pop-up with appear with the specific details of the task, and the option to navigate to the Schedule profile if anything needs to be edited.
