(Vendors) Setting Up Your Account

  • Step 1: Set Up Your Service Regions
    • When you're signed in, click on the Bid Management tab on the left-hand side.
    • Navigate to the "Service Area" tab at the top or click here.
  • Step 2: Set Up Your Service Offerings
  • Step 3: Edit Your Company Name  
    • Click "My Companies"
    • Click on the company name that will bring you to your company page where you edited your Service Offerings.
    • At the top of the screen is your company in big black letters. You can click that to edit your company name. In the screenshot below, you would click "Jackson Frostie HVAC LLC" to edit your name. 
      • This will save automatically. 

  • Step 4: Add More Users!
  • Step 5: Prepare to receive bids!
    • Clicking on the Bid Management tab on the left-hand side will bring you to the bid list.
    • Once bids are available to you, you will be emailed and they will appear here.
