Welcome to the Bid Management feature in Prism, designed to streamline the proposal process for vendors working with property management companies. This guide is specifically for vendors who are working with Property Management accounts that utilize the Bid Management system.
Please note: This feature is only relevant if the Property Management companies you work with have implemented Bid Management in their Prism account. If you're unsure whether this applies to you, please contact your property management representative for clarification.

Step 1: Set Up Your Service Regions
- When you're signed in, click on the Bid Management tab on the left-hand side.
- Navigate to the "Service Area" tab at the top
- Click "New Location" to set up your service region
- Step 2: Set Up Your Service Offerings

Step 3: Prepare to receive bids!
- Clicking on the "Proposals" tab to see the bid list.
- Once bids are available to you, you will be emailed and they will appear here.
