General
- New dashboard alert! The Tenant Engagement Dashboard helps you analyze your tenant adoption of Prism. The dashboard includes information on tenants submitting work orders and tracking their progress.
- Multi-property vendors! Do your vendors cover multiple properties? No problem! Vendor companies and vendor users can now be associated to multiple properties in your account.
- Custom fields more visible! Custom fields can now be viewed on the My Properties, My Companies and My Users grids.
- Stage your users! You can now delay sending welcome emails to your users. This allows you to stage all your users, test your workflows, and send the emails when ready.
Work Order
- Keep you vendors in the loop! Work orders that are assigned to a company will receive an email regarding newly assigned or updated work orders (if there is an email address on file).
- Reject work orders! If an engineer or vendor is unable to complete a work order assigned to them, they can change the status to Rejected.
Preventive Maintenance
- Scatter your fire dates! PM tasks for the same equipment within a building can be set to fire out on different dates to reduce overlap and better manage workload.
Bid Management
- Introducing Bid Management! Bid Management (formerly Synlio and RFP) is now a fully integrated Prism module. Use Bid Management to send Bids to your vendors and the extended Building Engines Vendor Marketplace.
