- A bug where Account Admins were unable to load My Users.
- A bug where custom card name validation in Prism Dashboard is not scoped to individual users, causing potential naming conflicts across different users.
- A problem where users receive a "Sorry, amounts in the 'none' currency are not supported" error when updating a text entry custom field, preventing users from making necessary updates.
- A problem where the labor rate does not populate under the Issue Type Grid when using the Property Filter, potentially causing incorrect billing or resource allocation.
- A bug in the Prism Tenant Company Upload Template Suite causes errors when importing tenant companies, particularly when suites have the same name and floor number across different properties, requiring manual addition of tenant companies.
Communications
Bug fixes:
- A bug where cloning a message retains its original audience even if changed in the UI, with no workaround available, potentially leading to miscommunication.
Prism Insurance
New features:
- Refactoring Compliance Calculations: Property & Company Statuses - Click here to learn more.
- Part of a larger effort to harden Prism Insurance's compliance logic, ensuring correct and consistent calculations across the product.
- This week’s release addresses cases where certificates and properties incorrectly shared statuses & simplifies statuses at the company level for more accurate reporting (eliminating conflicting ‘Expired’/'Upcoming Expiry' statuses). Users will see accurate statuses at the certificate, property & company levels.
- Compliance statuses will be automatically recalculated for all existing COIs, properties, & companies for up to 48 hours following the release.
My Users
Bug fixes:
- A network error that appears when trying to remove a team, preventing users from efficiently managing team structures.
A bug where the tenant permission drop-down is not populating, making it difficult for administrators to manage user permissions effectively.
My Files
Bug fixes:
- An issue where the lease digest shows an incorrect PMO logo, potentially causing confusion for users viewing lease expiration notifications.
Preventive Maintenance
Bug fixes:
- A problem where clicking on PM Tasks in the "Tasks by Assignee" Dashboard Card does not lead to PM Tasks assigned to the user, causing navigation issues and potential productivity loss.
Resource Reservations
Bug fixes:
- An issue where users are unable to edit reservation time despite having the "Can Override Reservation Settings" permission, limiting flexibility in managing reservations.
Visitors
Bug fixes:
- A bug where the filter does not stick to the Visitor Module after check-in, despite the UI displaying that the filter is applied, leading to inconsistent user experiences.
A problem with the creation of tomorrow's visits data for recurring/scheduled visits at the right time other than UTC 00:00:00, potentially causing scheduling discrepancies across different time zones.
Work Orders
New Features:
- Auto Acknowledgement of WO Task upon NTE Acceptance - Click here to Learn More about NTE's in Prism
- A Vendor User/Vendor Company can accept an NTE
- Upon that acceptance we would have the task to be auto acknowledged.
- This acknowledgment would be an automated action that would show the date and timestamp of the acknowledgment in the History field on the right panel.
- As a user you would expect to see that the Acknowledged button is selected.
- Previously In Prism only individual users can acknowledge a task so with this we would be adding a validation to ensure that the Company can also acknowledge through the NTE
- A Vendor User/Vendor Company can accept an NTE
Bug Fixes:
- An issue where vendor comments remain hidden from tenants even after deselecting the 'Hide from Tenant' option, hindering effective communication between vendors and tenants.
- An issue where the assignee name of the company refers to "None" when changed in work order comments, leading to inaccurate tracking of work order history.
- A caching issue in the Work Order navigation arrows causes the browser to display data from previous work orders when navigating between them, particularly after making a work order recurring.
- A bug where Users were unable to update Work Orders has been resolved.
