Vendor Property Selection on Bids & PMO Matrix by property, vendor, service & Amount (Article Coming Soon)
- Prism introduces enhanced Bid Management capabilities, revolutionizing the way property managers handle multi-property bids. This new feature addresses the challenge of managing complex bids across multiple properties while offering flexibility to both property managers and vendors.
-
Key benefits:
- Granular property selection: Property managers can now create bids for multiple properties, allowing vendors to bid on any number of properties within a single request.
- Customizable minimum requirements: Set a minimum number of properties vendors must include in their response, ensuring broader coverage while maintaining flexibility.
- Property-specific winner selection: Choose winning bids on a per-property basis, optimizing vendor selection for each location.
- Partial bid awards: Award contracts for a subset of properties and automatically generate new bid requests for remaining properties, streamlining the process.
- Improved bid analysis: View bids by property, easily compare vendor responses, and track bid status for each location.
- This enhancement solves the problem of inflexible all-or-nothing bidding processes, allowing for more nuanced vendor selection and improved cost management across property portfolios. By providing greater control and visibility, JLL Prism's new Bid Management feature empowers property managers to make more informed decisions and streamline their bidding workflows.

Multiple Addresses on a Property - (Article Coming Soon)
- This update addresses feedback from our users regarding the flexibility of property address handling, particularly in sectors like Industrial where address requirements can be more complex.
- The new feature allows users to select either a Google-verified or non-Google-verified address as the primary address for a property. This update also introduces the ability to add additional addresses for a property, accommodating various business needs such as mailing, billing, and official record-keeping. These changes aim to better align our software with diverse property management practices and documentation requirements. This release also resolves several reported issues related to address population and verification processes. It is anticipated that these updates will streamline workflows, reduce the need for workarounds, and improve overall data integrity within the Prism platform.
- Notes:
- When a non-Google-verified address is selected as building’s primary address, a Google-verified address will be automatically assigned on the back end to support other Prism functionality. Users will not see this reflected in the UI.
- On rare occasion, users may experience a less than 3 second delay after editing addresses. Reloading the page will resolve any inconsistencies they experience.
Fixes:
- Deactivated owner companies are still visible within the property page, potentially causing confusion and data inconsistencies in property management.
