Prism Server Upgrade on Saturday June 21st, 2025: Details and Q&A's

Overview:

• Prism's underlying infrastructure is being enhanced to improve security and leverage more advanced technological resources.
• Changes will be implemented during standard weekend system maintenance, involving some downtime.

Implementation date and time:

• • Saturday (June 21st, 2025) 3 PM (EST) to 8 PM (EST)

Key Points:

1. Access and Login:

   • All current URLs for Production, Staging, and UAT environments will remain unchanged.
   • Login credentials and Single Sign-On processes will not be affected.
   • No additional security steps required from users.

2. Functionality:

   • Prism, including all internal links and mobile version, will continue to function as before.
   • Reports will not be impacted.
   • Saved bookmarks for Prism login will remain valid.

3. APIs:

   • All APIs and API keys will continue to function normally.
   • API documentation URL will change, but the old URL will automatically redirect to the new one.

4. User Notifications:

   • Prism banners will display messages several weeks before the change dates.
