What’s Changing?
As part of an upcoming infrastructure update, the IP addresses used by Prism will be changing in both the Americas and APAC regions.
How This May Affect You
Some clients may have whitelisted the current IP addresses used by Prism.
Whitelisting is a security measure where your IT department allows specific IPs through your firewall to permit access to applications like Prism.
• JLL does not have visibility into which clients use whitelisting.
• If your organization uses IP whitelisting, please contact us at integrations@buildingengines.com to receive the new IP addresses.
• If your organization does not use whitelisting, no action is needed.
• JLL does not distribute IP addresses publicly, only to clients who request them for firewall configuration.
Additional Notes
• The use of webhooks does not necessarily mean you have implemented IP whitelisting.
• These changes are specific to webhooks only and do not impact API usage.
