Q: How do I request a special, custom report?
A: Custom reports are not currently available. Look for existing reports that meet your needs. Contact support for help finding the right report.
Q: The "eye" icon on reports only shows a date. Will it show widget information?
A: JLL is creating support articles to explain each widget and the data it shows.
Q: Can I remove sections from the Account Engagement Report?
A: No, the reports cannot be customized.
Q: How do I create a detailed work order report like in AwareManager?
A: A work order report already exists. If you need specific data, contact support for assistance.
Q: Will you add AI for custom reports?
A: JLL is exploring AI options for Prism.
Q: PDF exports of work order or PM reports don't show all details. How can I get the full detail?
A: PDF exports have limitations. Export charts and grids as images or CSV files to create a custom report.
Q: Open work orders older than one month don't appear on reports. How can I see them without running multiple reports?
A: Check your filters. The date range might be limited to 30 days.
Q: What reports show how technicians spend their day on work orders and PMs, including time spent?
A: Use the Labor Allocation Trend Report and the Preventative Maintenance Completion Report. Technicians must manually enter their time for it to appear on the reports.
Q: Is there a report for average response and resolution times for submitted issues?
A: Use the Work Order Response Time Report. It includes data from SLAs if they are set up.
