The Related Visitors feature allows you to efficiently manage groups of people visiting your property for the same purpose. This functionality streamlines check-in processes and ensures consistent access settings across all visitors in a group.
How to Create Related Visitors
Method 1: Adding Related Visitors During Initial Creation
- Create the primary visitor by entering their details
- Before saving, locate the "Add Related Visitor" button at the bottom of the form
- Click this button to open a new visitor form
- Enter the related visitor's details
- Repeat steps 3-4 for each additional related visitor
Method 2: Adding Related Visitors to an Existing Visitor
- Locate and open the existing visitor record
- Select "Add Related Visitor" under the "Related Visitors" tab at the bottom
- Complete the visitor details form
- Save the related visitor record
All visitors will inherit key settings from the primary visitor:
- Visit date and time
- Host information
- Access level (Premier/Standard)
- Destination details
