The Visitor Watchlist is a security feature in Prism that flags individuals. This tool helps security teams identify potentially problematic or important visitors before they arrive.
Adding a Visitor the Watchlist will display a warning on a visitor's entry that matches an entry in the Watchlist. Additionally, it will create a Prompt on Check In that will notify Security that this visitor is on the Watchlist. Please see example below.
Here's how to set this up:
Setting Up Your Watchlist
- Navigate to the Visitor module in the Prism portal
- Select "Watch List" tab & click "Create Watchlist"
- Enter the required information. They are marked with an asterisk - all other fields are optional
- Click Save
Configuring Notifications for Watch List Visitors
You can add users to receive notifications regarding Watch List visitors. Please see steps on how to do so below.
- Navigate to Admin > Roles > Add Role
- Name notification role (ex. "Watchlist Notifications" or "Visitor Notifications")
- Toggle on "Visitors" and choose which notifications you want enabled for this role
- Save
- Navigate to My Properties > Add Contact > Choose new notification role and user you'd like to set up for these notifications
- All set!
