Pre-Printing Process
Step 1: Create Visitor Records
- Add visitors through the standard process or bulk upload
- Ensure all required information is complete
Step 2: Select Visitors for Pre-Printing
- Navigate to the Visitor module
- Use filters to display relevant visitor records
- Select all visitors requiring pre-printed badges
- Choose "Print Badges" from the action menu
This will allow you to print multiple badges at once. Pre-printing badges can significantly improve the visitor experience during large events while maintaining security protocols. With proper planning and organization, you can efficiently manage even the largest groups of visitors to your property.
