This process allows you to reset individually overridden equipment timing back to match your master schedule dates. By accessing the Equipment tab within your Preventive Schedule and using the "Revert to Default Schedule" function, you can quickly standardize when maintenance tasks fire across multiple pieces of equipment.
-
Go to Preventive - Schedules
-
Click into the Schedule that you want to edit, then click on the Equipment tab
- Under the Equipment, you may notice that the Due dates for each piece of equipment are different, despite the fact that there is an overall end date listed on the main schedule. That is because there is an override on that specific equipment to fire and end on a different day.
-
To revert the equipment back to the original schedule, you would click on "Edit" under the Equipment tab, and then select the top checkmark in the grid to select all the equipment at once Then you would select "Revert to Default Schedule". That will set all of the equipment to fire and end on the same date.
- This will only impact this specific schedule - it will not impact any other overrides in other schedules.
