  • Export All Attachments: Introducing a bulk action feature to export all attachments from selected contracts in a single ZIP file.
    • Benefits:
      • Saves time by downloading multiple attachments simultaneously.
      • Maintains document organization.
      • Simplifies workflow by reducing clicks.
  • Add Custom Fields to Contract Grid: Users can now view and export custom fields from contract templates directly on the Contracts Grid.
  • Convert Contract IDs: Transition from UUIDs to intuitive Prism Contract IDs for easier reference and consistency across the platform.

  • Refrigerant Tracking: Capture refrigerant top-off values on work orders and inspections to monitor leakage and maintain compliance with environmental regulations.

  • Auto Generate Inspection Report: Automatically generate and attach a formatted PDF report upon inspection completion for easy reference and filing.

  • Prevent Approvals & Overrides Interaction: Compliance Overrides will no longer affect Approval Status, ensuring independent handling of certificate statuses.

• Dashboard Card Positioning: Fixed issue where card positions reset after rearrangement.

• Blank Screen on Opening: Resolved issue causing a blank screen when opening specific work orders.

Preventative Maintenance:

• PM Calendar Display: Fixed issue where not all scheduled tasks were shown on the calendar.

Resource Reservations:

• Layout Save Issue: Resolved issue preventing users from saving custom layouts on the calendar.

Visitors:

• Vendor Visitor Search: Fixed search functionality for vendor visitors by company name.

My Companies:

• Deactivate Companies Issue: Resolved errors preventing deactivation of companies using myCOI.

Bid Management:

• Property Selection Issue: Fixed issue preventing selection of certain properties in bids.

Communications:

• Message Metrics: Corrected metrics showing messages as undelivered despite successful delivery.

My Properties:

• Undefined Property Address: Fixed issue displaying "Undefined" for property addresses when adding users.

My Spaces:

• Equipment Pins Visibility: Resolved issue preventing equipment pins from appearing on site plans.

My Users:

• Performed On Date Issue: Fixed bug where the Performed On field showed "MM/DD/YYYY" instead of the actual date.

Accounting:

• Labor Rate Export Issue: Resolved issue where deactivated labor rates appeared in exports.

Prism Insurance

• COI Import Status Handling: Compliance Statuses from COI imports are accurately applied without being treated as Overrides.
