A Certificate of Insurance associated with a Property will be marked as 'Non-Compliant' if it fails to meet the requirements specified in the Property's Compliance Profile.
1. Click Insurance and navigate to the Certificates tab. Then, check the box next to one or more Certificates.

Notify Company of Non-Compliant Status
1. Click Notify of Non-Compliant Status. Then, click Send Notification.

2. The below email will be sent to the Certificate's Insurance Contact.

Notify Company of Expiration
1. Click Notify of Expiration. Then, click Send Notification.

2. The below email will be sent to the Certificate's Insurance Contact.
