You can edit Issue Types on the Account Level or on the Building Level. On the Account Level, you will be editing and adjusting issue types for all properties across your account. On the Building Level, you will be editing per selected property(s).
Permissions Required:
- Can Manage Issue Types
- Can Configure Issue Type Settings
Accessing Issue Types
- Click the Admin tab.
- Navigate to the Property section of the Issue Type section
- Select the properties that you want to set different configurations or add unique issue types to. Please note - you can select multiple properties
Adding an Issue Type
- To add an Issue Type, click the blue tab towards the top right corner of the page.
- Select the Issue Category and name the issue and finish by clicking Add Issue Type.
- Changes will automatically save.
Editing Issue Types per Property
If you'd like to edit the issue types for multiple properties, you can choose those properties in the dropdown.
This will allow you to make changes to the issue type's assignee, priority level, visibility, etc. for selected multiple properties at a time.
