Prism AI - Document Intelligence (New Feature for Purchase)

Prism AI revolutionizes how you interact with your documents. This powerful new feature allows you to instantly query any document in your Prism account using natural language questions.

Instead of manually searching through lengthy reports, lease agreements, or market analyses, simply select the previously uploaded documents and ask questions like "What are the key renewal terms in our Chicago office lease?" or "Summarize the sustainability metrics from our portfolio review."

Note: this is our first feature release for the Prism AI tool. As we continue to build and add new features to Prism AI, additional support documentation will follow.

To Get There

• Option 1: Navigate to the Prism dashboard

• Option 2: Within the Left navigation bar of Prism

• Option 3: Within bulk action on file grids throughout Prism (example is a work order file grid and My Files grid)

       

Steps

1. Below are the different steps to get to the question screen:
   1. Within Prism dashboard, click on the “Select one or more files and ask a question” button on the dashboard card
   2. Within the Prism left navigation, click on the “Prism AI” module
   3. Within the My Files grid or other file-based grids throughout Prism, click on the checkbox next to the file within the grid and select “Ask Prism AI” bulk action function
2. Once you select one of the above, Prism will redirect you to Prism AI module and
3. You can choose one or more files to ask a question against and click on Ask Prism AI
   1. Note: Prism AI can only process files that are 50 MB and under

1. On the Main Page, you can now do the following:
   1. Type out a question to ask against the chosen document/s
   2. Access the question library to help you decide on a prompt that you want to ask
   3. View previous conversations by clicking on the name of the past conversation in the righthand column
   4. Select or sift through our library question samples at the bottom of the page
   5. Browse uploaded files to add additional files to ask questions against
   6. Draft a question with Prism AI if you’re not sure how to frame your question

1. Once you enter a question and select Start Chat, you will be met with the Conversation Area. On this screen you can do the following:
   1. Review Prism AI’s response to your question
   2. Ask another question
   3. Upload additional files alongside the current chat
   4. Draft another question with Prism AI
   5. Start a new conversation
   6. View a previous conversation within the history section

 

Additional Context

• This is not available for mobile yet
• This is a paid module
• This is only available for users who have access to the Property Management Organization permission groups
  • It is not available for tenants or vendors
  • There is no permission enablement. It is only the toggle at the Prism Admin account level and it’s then auto applied to all users with the PM Org permission group.
