Pausing a resource allow users to prevent resources from being reserved without affecting existing bookings. Please note, it isn't possible to permanently delete or remove a resource from the system in order to maintain historical records.

- Can Manage Resources: Basic resource editing capabilities

Pausing Resources
Purpose: Configure unavailability while preserving existing bookings Process:
- Navigate to Resource Reservations
- Resources
- Click three dots at the end of the resource > Pause Resource
