How to View Reservations

You can view reservations made in the Resource Reservation module. You can leverage the existing filters to better customize what you are seeing.

Required Permissions

• Can Access Reservations

See below on how to access your reservations. If you have the permissions "Can View All Reservations" and/or "Can View Company Reservations," you can see reservations outside of just the ones you create.

1. Navigate to Resource Reservations
2. Click Show Filters
   1. Quick Tip: "Created by" Filter and "Only My Reservations" are really helpful when searching for a Reservation.
3. You can choose which status you want to see, as well as other information, such as reservation date or resource.

4. The "Month Week Day" toggles on the top right will allow you to change your view from a monthly, weekly, or daily view.

Alternatively, if you click the three lines above the calendar, you can see the reservations in list view. This view will also show more information on the grid than what is shown on the calendar view.
